Pre-K & Kindergarten
For students 4 to 5 years of age. This program focuses on everyday life skills such as focus, balance, discipline, as well as martial arts techniques.
Karate for Kids
Ages 6 and up. We offer two different programs for our older kids. We have our Eagles Program for our 6-8 year old and our youth karate program for our kids 9 years old and older.
After School Martial Arts
This program offers children grades 1 thru 8 an exciting alternative to boring after school day-care. Our program is affordable, fun, and educational. Students get martial arts classes, homework time, and snack time.

SUMMER DAY CAMP
Whether you are signing up for one week or eleven weeks, Our Martial Arts Summer Fun Camps provide a safe, exciting, and educational experience for children 5 to 12 1313years of age. Sports, arts & crafts, field trips, games, professional martial arts instruction, fun-filled days and more!
FITNESS KICKBOXING
Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are 30-40 minute interval training sessions including cardiovascular & resistance training that incorporates techniques from kickboxing
